NARCUP Prescription Discount Card
Quick answer: We couldn’t find a working NARCUP prescription discount card in 2026. The narcup.com website wouldn’t load when we checked, and the listings we found online are old copies. Don’t count on it at the pharmacy.
What happened to NARCUP?
NARCUP advertised a free card with up to 50% off prescriptions for people 50 and older. We found no working site, phone number or pharmacy network for it now. If you still have a NARCUP card, ask your pharmacist to run it before you rely on it.
Prescription savings that still work
- The AARP prescription discount card, run by OptumRx, is free for AARP members.
- Costco members can use the Costco member prescription program.
- Free cards like GoodRx and SingleCare need no membership. Ask the pharmacist to compare the card price with your copay.
NARCUP card FAQ
Is NARCUP still available?
We couldn’t confirm it. The website didn’t load in September 2026.
Can I use a discount card with Medicare?
Not on the same prescription. You can use the card instead of your plan, but that purchase may not count toward your plan’s deductible.
What’s a free alternative to NARCUP?
GoodRx and SingleCare are free and widely accepted.
Last checked: September 2026. If NARCUP comes back online, check the pharmacy list before using it.
