Busch Gardens Senior Discount
Senior Discount: $5 off

Busch Gardens Senior Discount

Age Requirement: 50 years old

Quick answer: Busch Gardens doesn’t have an everyday senior ticket at either park, Tampa Bay or Williamsburg. Busch Gardens Tampa Bay runs a 55+ ticket offer and a 55+ annual pass deal at certain times of year, but there’s no year-round discount by age, and AARP doesn’t include Busch Gardens. Most of the time, the cheapest way in is a multi-day ticket or a Fun Card bought online.

Does Busch Gardens have a senior discount?

Not a standing one. Older lists said you could get $5 off at 50, and that’s no longer offered. What does exist:

  • Busch Gardens Tampa Bay 55+ offers. The park has official 55+ ticket and 55+ annual pass promotions. They come and go, so check the Special Offers page on the Tampa Bay site. When one is running, expect to show a photo ID with your age.
  • Busch Gardens Williamsburg. We found no senior ticket at all. The current offers list (September 2026) doesn’t include any age-based deal.

Busch Gardens tickets for seniors: what’s cheapest right now

Since there’s no senior price, look at the online deals everyone can use. Here’s what the parks’ own sites showed in late September 2026, before tax:

  • Williamsburg: single-day tickets from $61.99 online, a two-day ticket at $50 a day, and a three-day ticket at $36 a day. The 2027 Busch Gardens Fun Card was $119.99 and includes the rest of 2026.
  • Tampa Bay: single-day tickets as low as $61.99, a two-day, two-park ticket at $50 a day, and a three-day, three-park ticket at $45 a day. The 2027 Fun Card was $129.99, also with the rest of 2026 included.

Our tip: if you’ll go twice, the Fun Card usually beats buying two single-day tickets. Buying at the gate costs the most, so always buy ahead online.

What about $39 Busch Gardens tickets?

You’ll see “$39 tickets” come up in searches. Those were short sales or per-day prices on multi-day tickets, not a senior price. We didn’t find a $39 ticket on sale at either park in September 2026. The closest thing is the Williamsburg three-day ticket at $36 a day. We also couldn’t confirm a current Costco deal, so check Costco’s travel and ticket pages yourself before you count on one.

Does AARP get you a Busch Gardens discount?

No. AARP’s entertainment benefits cover Disney and Universal tickets, among others, but Busch Gardens isn’t on the list. Be wary of “AARP Busch Gardens” coupon sites that promise otherwise.

Other ways to save at Busch Gardens

  • Veterans. Busch Gardens has veteran ticket discounts and runs its Waves of Honor program with free admission offers at certain times of year. Check the military and veterans pages for your park.
  • Annual pass. If you live nearby, a pass with free parking can pay for itself in a few visits.
  • Dining add-ons. The All-Day Dining add-on is sold with many tickets. If you eat two meals in the park, compare it with paying as you go.
