Sizzler Senior Menu and Discount
Quick answer: Yes. Many Sizzler restaurants have a senior menu (long called the Honored Guests menu) with smaller portions of Sizzler favorites at lower prices, usually for guests 60 and older. Some locations give up to 15% off instead. Each restaurant sets its own deal, so ask before you order.
Does Sizzler have a senior discount?
Yes, at most locations, though it isn’t the same everywhere. There’s no senior section on the menu at sizzler.com, and not every Sizzler takes part. Several senior discount guides updated in 2025 and 2026 still list it, and SeniorDiscounts.com notes that some restaurants swap the senior menu for a discount of up to 15% off. Where it’s offered, it’s generally good at lunch and dinner but not on holidays.
You don’t need AARP or any membership. Just bring an ID.
What age is the Sizzler senior menu?
60 and older at most restaurants. Sizzler doesn’t publish one official age, so a few locations may set their own. Keep a photo ID handy in case someone asks.
What’s on the Sizzler senior menu?
Think of it as smaller plates pulled from the regular menu. Sizzler’s current menu is built around steaks, steak combos, seafood, burgers, Malibu Chicken and the unlimited salad bar. Senior menus we’ve seen reported over the years have included:
- A smaller steak, sometimes as a combo with shrimp or Malibu Chicken
- Malibu Chicken on its own
- A shrimp plate
- A lighter burger or chicken sandwich
Most senior plates come with a side, and some restaurants let you add the salad bar for less than the usual price. The exact list changes from one Sizzler to the next, so ask your server or cashier to see the senior menu.
Sizzler senior menu with prices
We couldn’t find an official Sizzler senior price list. The lists on menu websites don’t match each other, and none come from Sizzler, so we won’t give you numbers that could be wrong at the register.
What we can say: senior plates cost noticeably less than the full-size versions because the portions are smaller. For real prices, call your local Sizzler or start an online order for your location on sizzler.com, which shows that restaurant’s regular prices as a baseline.
How to ask for the Sizzler senior menu
- At the counter or when your server comes by, ask “Do you have a senior menu here?”
- If they don’t, ask whether they give a senior discount on the regular menu instead.
- If you also have a coupon or club offer, ask which one saves more. You usually can’t use both.
Sizzler coupons in 2026
Sizzler doesn’t post many coupons on its website. The main source is The Club, Sizzler’s free email club. When we checked in September 2026, new members got a free salad bar with their next meal, and members get more offers by email during the year. Most promo codes on coupon sites are old or never worked.
Our tip: if you mostly go for the salad bar, compare the senior menu with a salad bar only order. For a light eater, the salad bar on its own can be the better deal.
Is there a Sizzler near me?
Maybe not. Sizzler had about 74 U.S. restaurants in late 2025, spread across six Western states and Puerto Rico, with most of them in California. Use the location finder on sizzler.com, then call to ask about the senior menu before you drive over. No Sizzler nearby? Our Golden Corral senior discount and LongHorn Steakhouse senior discount pages cover two other steak and buffet options.
