Ground Round Senior Discount

Quick answer: Ground Round doesn’t have an official senior discount anymore. The old 15% off for 60 and up isn’t listed by any of the few Ground Round restaurants still open. You can still ask your server, since each location runs its own specials.

Is Ground Round still around?

Barely. The chain that once had more than 200 restaurants is down to a handful of independently run, licensed locations. At our last check there were spots in North Dakota (Bismarck), Ohio (Perrysburg) and Massachusetts (Shrewsbury, which opened in 2025). Some other locations have closed recently, including Grand Forks, so check that yours is open before you go.

Can you still get a senior deal?

Maybe, but only if your local restaurant offers one. None of the Ground Round websites we checked mention a senior discount or senior menu. Ask when you’re seated: “Do you have any senior specials?” Some locations run daily food and drink specials that may save you more anyway.
