• gift certificates can be purchased at Informational Services with cash, check (proper ID required), Visa, and MasterCard
• gift certificates can be redeemed at any store in the Chapel Hill Mall, including JCPenney, Kaufmann's, Sears, and Chapel Hill Travel. They can also be used at the stores on the exterior of the mall: Brown Derby Roadhouse, Honey Baked Ham, Mattress Warehouse, and Chi Chi's Mexican Restaurant.
• gift certificates can also be redeemed at the following stores in the Chapel Hill Suburban Plaza (across the street from the mall on Buchholzer Blvd.): Value City Department Store and Mariachi Locos Mexican Restaurant
• gift certificates are valid for one year from issue date, but can be reissued (original gift certificate needs to be presented to Informational Services for re-issuing)
• lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced or reimbursed
• gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash
